Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Building Surveyor. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, and providing professional advice on maintenance, renovation, and repair works. You will also play a key role in preparing reports and specifications and ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards. Bristol £52,000Elevate Projects are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to oversee fire safety works on behalf of our prestigious Bristol based client. Duties will include undertaking undertaking pre inspections of works to be undertaken after FRA's to determine what needs doing. Supervision of works on site, to ensure works are completed in line with regulations and on time and budget. Quality checking of works once completed to ensure that it is completed in accordance with regulations. Offering excellent working conditions and salary and package.
