Elevate Projects are working with our client, a reputable landlord in the Bath area, to appoint to a temporary post within their busy Estates Management team. We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join a well-established team, supporting the delivery of major projects and repair works to historic and characterful properties across Bath and the surrounding area. As a reputable landlord with a longstanding presence in the region, they pride themselves on the high standards of care and maintenance they provide across a unique property portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting the team of Building Surveyors, helping to ensure that repair works are carried out efficiently, to a high standard, and in keeping with the heritage of the buildings. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for repair enquiries from tenants and contractors. Assist in the Coordinaton of works and activities, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution. Support the Building Surveyors in delivering major repair projects and cyclical maintenance works. Liaise with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of works. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to each project. Assist with procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders. Help monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements. About You: Previous experience in a property repairs, maintenance, or coordination role is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A practical understanding of property maintenance; experience with historic or listed buildings is an advantage. Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a bonus. A collaborative team player with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable local provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced client side Capital Projects Contract Manager to their busy Asset Management team. Delivering one-off and major projects to upgrade or improve the housing stock and ensuring the proposed improvements are delivered in the most efficient way, you’ll be the lead Officer in Contract Management for Planned Works from design, procurement, delivery, and implementation and be responsible for CDM compliance for the team. You’ll support the Asset and Sustainability Manager on all contract and/or commercial issues and disputes and be responsible for allocated budgets, budget profiling, monitoring expenditure and reporting on monthly performance in relation to spend and works completed. Taking accountability for all information added to the Asset Database, you will ensure that all properties are maintained to Government Decent Homes standard, through the delivery of capital and cyclical programmes. The ideal candidate will : Have substantial experience at a senior level of Asset Management, Property Investment and Public Procurement. Hold a relevant management qualification, such as ILM Level 4 in Leadership and Management. Hold a relevant technical qualification, e.g. CIOB, RICS or CIH. Have demonstrable strategic experience of leading, managing, motivating and developing staff in a changing environment. Have a proven track record of managing resources, procurement activities, budgets and contracts with an ability to identify and eliminate risks, ensuring value for money and the delivery of high-quality services. You will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing damp and mould issues across the housing stock, ensuring effective solutions are implemented promptly to maintain high living standards for tenants. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections to assess damp, mould, and disrepair issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to arrange remedial works efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and housing standards. Work collaboratively with the maintenance and housing management teams to identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions. Provide expert advice and guidance on damp, mould, and repair concerns to tenants and colleagues. Maintain accurate records and documentation using housing management systems. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in surveying, maintenance, or repairs within the housing sector. Knowledge of building pathology, particularly damp and mould-related issues. Strong understanding of housing legislation and health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with tenants and contractors. The ability to work independently, manage workloads, and prioritise effectively. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a regional registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Property Compliance professional to join their busy Property Compliance team on a contract basis as Asbestos and Legionella Surveyor. This role involves a significant amount of planning and organising ensuring that adequate controls are in place for asbestos & legionella compliance across the property portfolio of planned planned works during the year, as suchP405 asbestos management andP901 Legionella management qualifications would be required for this role.
Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable national property consultancy, to appoint an experienced Condition Surveyor on a 12 month contract running to the new financial year, producing condition reports of properties owned by the end client. Surveys will be HHSRS and standard Condition Surveys A very competitive uncapped Survey rate is offered and this role is on an Outside Ir35 basis.
Elevate Projects are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to oversee fire safety works on behalf of our prestigious Bristol based client. Duties will include undertaking undertaking pre inspections of works to be undertaken after FRA's to determine what needs doing. Supervision of works on site, to ensure works are completed in line with regulations and on time and budget. Quality checking of works once completed to ensure that it is completed in accordance with regulations. Offering excellent working conditions and salary and package. Candidates should have considerable knowledge and understanding of fire safety works and have qualifications related to the the field, such as NEBOSH Fire, IFE, FDIS or similar.
