Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local housing provider, to appoint an experienced Costs Consultant to provide support and advice to the Capital Governance Board. Undertake a fundamental review of Capital Programme Expenditure and associated Funding streams, to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, improved project management and forecasting and optimising funding streams. Review and strengthen the Capital Strategy, Capital Programme, and inter-relationships with the Treasury Management Strategy. Engage with Programme and Project Managers, Finance Business Partnering, Financial Strategy and Corporate Finance Colleagues to establish more robust project management, financial management, reporting, and accounting arrangements. Development and delivery of guidance and training to finance and non-finance officers relating to capital expenditure and funding rules and procedures, including contributing to a review of financial regulations.
Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a sizable provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer , to approach and appoint an interim Head of Compliance: The role is Hybrid working with only 1 day office based (Occasionally 2) per week, office location is in the greater Birmingham area. This is to cover a long term sick absence and as such it is an ongoing contract with no current fixed end date. The organisation owns/manages around 25,000 homes, the core Stock & Activity is concentrated in the West Midlands & South West. It also provides care & support services: over 100 care & support schemes and services reaching tens of thousands of people. The Head of Property Compliance will be tasked with overseeing adherence to regulations pertaining to Legionella control, the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), & Asbestos.
Elevate Projects are working on partnership with our client, a local provide of Affordable Housing in Wiltshire, to approach and appoint an interim Voids Operations Manager. Key Accountabilities: � Ensuring empty homes are repaired quickly and functions co-ordinated with Lettings and Tenancy Services so they are relet quickly and within agreed targets. � Ensuring Void Policy and Procedures are kept up to date and complied with � Ensuring effective tracking and monitoring of vacant properties is carried out with stage targets for the relet process � Maintaining an up to date and comprehensive Relet Standard, which has been agreed with tenants � Managing pre-void surveys of occupied homes, scheduling of repairs to empty homes and post inspections
Interim Disrepair Manager - £500 per day, ongoing temp contract Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a Bristol based affordable housing provider , to appoint an experienced interim Disrpair Manager to support the Head of Service and other managers in leading teams that deal with complaints, disrepair and damp and mould issues, including housing condition cases brought to legal services. Supporting with the managing and leading of the damp and mould and disrepair teams to ensure all claims and legislative issues within Repairs and Maintenance are successfully investigated and completed without delay and in accordance with prescribed timescales.
Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local housing provider in the South West region, to appoint an experienced Head of Repairs on an ongoing contract basis to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the repairs and maintenance service. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring tenants and service users receive a high-quality, responsive, and efficient repairs service across both housing and corporate assets. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all responsive, voids, and planned maintenance works, ensuring full compliance with health and safety, statutory, and quality standards. Manage large-scale repairs and maintenance programmes across housing stock and property portfolios. Oversee operational teams, staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Drive performance improvement, service innovation, and customer satisfaction. Lead procurement and management of maintenance and repairs contracts, ensuring value for money and strong contractor performance. Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with housing standards, building regulations, and best practice in asset management. You will bring: Extensive experience in building construction, property maintenance, and housing standards. A proven track record of managing high-value budgets and leading operational teams in a housing association, local authority, or similar environment. Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive service improvement. Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with a focus on cost control, efficiency, and customer outcomes. A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

You will ensure Complex Repair work & Disrepair cases in your designated area completed within agreed timescales and quality standards : Diagnosis of Disrepair Specifications Client side contractor management Post inspections, Sign off
