You will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing damp and mould issues across the housing stock, ensuring effective solutions are implemented promptly to maintain high living standards for tenants. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections to assess damp, mould, and disrepair issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to arrange remedial works efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and housing standards. Work collaboratively with the maintenance and housing management teams to identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Building Surveyor. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, and providing professional advice on maintenance, renovation, and repair works. You will also play a key role in preparing reports and specifications and ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
