Swindon Up to £450 per day Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local housing provider in the South West region, to appoint an experienced Head of Repairs on an ongoing contract basis to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the repairs and maintenance service. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring tenants and service users receive a high-quality, responsive, and efficient repairs service across both housing and corporate assets. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all responsive, voids, and planned maintenance works, ensuring full compliance with health and safety, statutory, and quality standards. Manage large-scale repairs and maintenance programmes across housing stock and property portfolios. Oversee operational teams, staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Drive performance improvement, service innovation, and customer satisfaction. Lead procurement and management of maintenance and repairs contracts, ensuring value for money and strong contractor performance.
